About
Christian still walks the soft spots himself
Owner-led residential restoration from Melrose — not a dispatcher reading a tablet script.
The shop
Ardsmoor Rd, Melrose
Christian James Wright founded MODERN RESTORATION LLC to handle the jobs where paint fails because the wood underneath already failed. We open carefully, dry thoroughly, and rebuild so the finish has something honest to sit on.
- Owner on the walk-through before demo starts
- Crew of three that stays on the same house
- 39 Ardsmoor Rd — a real Melrose address
